For me personally, for a developer to bring out a number of Sequels they need to continuously have new additions to both technology and gameplay mechanics. From what I've seen of Uncharted 3, its just Uncharted 2.5. Naughty Dog have briefly mentioned transforming surroundings regarding sand (Sounding very similar to that of Spec Ops: The Line) but have not shown it, maybe that can sway my opinion.
Yes, but Halo Reach was running on a new engine and had a number of new gameplay mechanics implemented. From the Uncharted 3 Videos I've seen so far, I'm only seeing Uncharted 2.5.

Strict Xbox Live Policy? Some of the biggest DLC to date (Including all Original Gears of War Mappacks and Game Modes) are free. Much of the time its down to developers to state a price, in some circumstances not. I find it funny that in regards to COD DLC, people pile the blame on Activision and Treyarch, but when not its Microsofts fault...
There is an Ungodly amount of free content for TF2 on PC that none of which made it to the consoles...

Whilst I spend close to 100% of my Multiplayer gaming on the Gears of War franchise and have grown to loath the repetitive nature of current modern war FPS Multiplayers, Battlefield (Along with Rainbow Six) have always been exceptions due to at many times their slower paced tactical gameplay. How can you say that when you know near to nothing about the game?
Despite my hatred for the Call of Duty franchise, I do think that DICE have been making some arrogant statements lately. I have no doubt in my mind that Battlefield 3 will be stunning, but why criticise other games to make yours sound good, when it speaks for itself...?

The lengths people go to for a few seconds of fame and something to pu on their tombstone is ridiculous.
It's good to get a better look at the main character of the game. I was initially worried he would be the quiet, personality-less character. It's good to see this aspect of humour in such a dark, bleak setting. I'm very much looking forward to this title.
